Refund policy

Personalised items are made to your specification, so the EU 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(c)).

If your item arrives damaged, the print is faulty, or it has not arrived within 25 business days, email us a photo or your order number within 30 days and we send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.
